This site is a static marketing page. It has no accounts, no forms, no analytics, and no cookies. The sections below describe the little information that does get handled when you visit.

What this site collects

Nothing directly. 3beez.ca sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and has no forms to submit. We do not build a profile of you, and we have no way to identify you from a visit.

What our host records

The site is served from Google Cloud Run. Like any web server, it writes standard access logs containing your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and your browser's user-agent string. We use these only to keep the site running and to investigate faults or abuse. We do not use them for marketing or analysis, and we do not combine them with anything else.

Fonts loaded from Google

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. Because your browser fetches them directly, Google receives your IP address and user-agent when the page loads. We have no control over, and no access to, what Google does with that request. Their handling is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

If you email us

The contact link on this site opens your own email client addressed to sales@3beez.ca. If you write to us, we keep your message and address so we can reply and continue the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone.

Our products

Mutaris and Vive are separate products on their own domains, each with its own account system and its own privacy terms. This policy covers 3beez.ca only. If you hold an account with either product, the policy published on that product's site governs it.

Your rights

Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and, where it applies to you, the GDPR give you the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. Given how little this site collects, in most cases the answer will be that we hold nothing beyond server logs, which rotate out on our host's standard schedule. To ask, email sales@3beez.ca.

Changes

If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the date above. The site is static and changes rarely, so this should be infrequent.
